Our standard payment methods are major credit and debit cards branded with the following:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
- Discover
- Diners Club
- JCB
In general, as long one of these company's logos appears on your card, we should be able to accept it. In some cases, prepaid gift cards issued by these companies may not work with our system per policies of the issuing company. Gift cards sold or marketed as only being valid at specific merchants may not work either.
We do not accept PayPal, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, Bitcoin (or other cryptocurrency) or cash for any accounts.
For enterprise accounts, we may accept purchase orders or checks (or you can pay using a corporate card).
Please note that qReveal is located in the United States and cards issued by banks outside the U.S. may be subject to additional fees or taxes, which are the responsibility of the card holder.
If you attempt to pay with a debit card, your account may be subject to a $10 "hold" that can last several days to a week. We do not have control over this period, so please plan accordingly.
Some credit cards may not be accepted if they are associated with a high rate or risk or information such as the billing information and computer location do not match. If you've entered your card details correctly and continue to have trouble, please try another card or contact us.
qReveal never stores your full credit card number.
When communicating with us about billing issues, please do not include your full card number. You can, however, provide us with the last four digits of your card, which may help us resolve your issue faster.
